Sri Kamakshi Sankaran Trust
- About

Kamakshi Sankaran Trust was initiated by Sree L S Venkateshan on the advice of Ambal to create a new temple where Kamakshi and Sankaran will be installed together in Kalayana Bhava for loka kalyana.

L.S. Venkatesan, familiarly known as LSV Mama is an ardent devotee of Sri Mahaperiyava and currently resides in Pammal, Chennai. His experiences with Sri Mahaperiyava date back to 1982 when he went to the Kanchi Kamakoti Mutt with a painting of Mahaperiyava, seeking his blessings.  Mahaperiyava touched the painting, and said 'I am in this picture' .  The next year, on the auspicious day of Rama Navami, LSV Mama went to meet Mahaperiyava with a Sri Ramar Pattaabhishekam painting. This time, to everyone’s surprise, Mahaperiyava did dhanda namaskaram (Prostrated) to the painting, announcing that Lord Rama himself had come to visit him. LSV Mama also composed and sang the song ‘Anbin Uruvana’ and ‘Akshara Paamaalai’ on Mahaperiyava, requesting his presence whenever the song was sung, to which Mahaperiyava replied saying ‘Naan Varuven’ (meaning “I will come”). This was followed by many miracles which continue to happen at Mama’s place. Also, Mama has been drawing and distributing Mahaperiyava’s Paadukaa to devotees on request. His interview about his experiences with Mahaperiyava can be seen here

Over the past few years, on numerous occasions, Mahaperiyava has entered LSV Mama’s body in sookshma roopam, to perform various poojas for the purpose of Loka Kshemam. Also, recently LSV Mama was adopted by Sri Kamkshi Ambal herself and titled as ‘Kamakshi Balan’. People who visit mama’s house have personally experienced the presence and blessings of Mahaperiyava, who continues to guide us on the path of Dharma.
